This enclosure type safety shield has two independent steel tubular frames and 5mm polycarbonate windows that are mounted on adjustable table rails on either side of the machine table by high tensile 'T' bolts which are supplied. Each guard hinges on a pivot bracket and is fitted with electrical interlocks.

An integral locking mechanism holds the guard in the closed operational mode, a quick release plunger pin allows each section to swing and hinge aside to give immediate and open access to the entire work area. All vision panels incorporate angled return leading edges that restrict flying swarf and coolant to the bed area of the machine.
Totally encloses front and side of machine table. Slide and fold back front windows giving access to the work area.
Easily installed - adjustable parallel rails are T bolted to table slots allowing the guard to be positioned forward around vice or component.
